Commissioned by Teranga Beat for Jan Van Angelopoulos’ Steams LP, these videos craft a surreal, grotesquely satirical vision of the Athenian summer.

The artist, dressed in a suit, drifts through a beachscape of relentless concrete and fleeting strangers, suspended in an uncanny, sun-drenched limbo. Water — both an oppressive and redemptive force — becomes a modern Pool of Siloam.

Conceived as a cohesive visual campaign for social media, this experimental work transforms the album’s themes into a series of filmic vignettes.
