Invited by the artist as part of Malvina Panagiotidi’s solo exhibition All Dreams Are Vexing at EMΣΤ, the video installation intertwined with her exploration of the occult, memory, and the isolated world of Eleni Boukoura-Altamoura. Rooted in Panagiotidi’s research on Boukoura-Altamoura’s life and spiritual pursuits, the exhibition formed an immersive space where past and present converged, with the video installation acting as a visual echo within this spectral dialogue.

Commissioned by the Thessaloniki International Film Festival for its We, the Monster exhibition, Malvina Panagiotidi’s Description without Place unravels a world where monstrosity and dreams intertwine. Invited to create the video installation for the work, I worked with abstract phone camera footage and surgical camera imagery, shaping a shifting, often deviant visual language that echoes its themes of transformation and hybridity.
